Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine for Horses: Ancient Wisdom, Modern Equine Care

However, in China, there is another medical system with a history spanning thousands of years that is being revitalized for today’s equine industry: Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine (TCVM).

Established in December 2022, the Henan Institute of Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine for Equine Animals (hereinafter referred to as the “Institute”) was founded under the guidance of the Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine Branch of the Chinese Society of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine. Supported by Zhengzhou Saike Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. and the Department of Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine at Henan University of Animal Husbandry and Economy, the Institute is committed to its mission:
